Proud owner of QDC, has 24 years’ experience, starting the business in 1994. Gavin brought his son Shane Gray into the business and they have been successfully operating the business together.

Shane has been operating and working alongside Gavin since starting the business in 1994. Shane enjoys the variety of being on site and operating the business.

Todd Hanning

Operations Manager – Todd is a highly skilled and experienced operations manager. Todd has significant experience managing staff, and has numerous years’ experience working in civil contracting and demolition.

Simon Miller

Contracts Manager – Simon delivers high expertise while visiting sites, has several years dealing with clients to meet their expectations.

Jess Whyte

Health & Safety / Quality Administrator – Jess delivers and manages all Health and Safety requirements for QDC, has efficient time management and great professionalism with our clients. Jess has a great knowledge of the contracting industry and has various skills which she utilises in her day to day work.
